Policemen from Australia are likely to visit Mangalore soon as they hunt for clues about who killed Prabha Arun Kumar, an Indian techie, in a Sydney park in March this year.
The 41-year-old was on the phone with her husband in India as she walked home from work, when she was stabbed repeatedly in the neck while walking through a public park. After she was found lying injured, she was moved to hospital, where she died the same night.
New CCTV footage obtained and released by the police shows a person walking at a golf course in the same area where Ms Kumar was killed.
Detectives from Australia will travel there soon as part of their manhunt. "Considering the nature of the investigation and because it is Prabha's home town, it is an obvious line of inquiry.
