Celebrities like Sachin Tendulkar, Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Dia Mirza extended their best wishes for her on social media. "Wishing a very happy birthday to the very versatile, @priyankachopra! Shine on!," tweeted cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. Anil Kapoor, who co-starred with Priyanka Chopra in 2015 movie Dil Dhadakne Do, shared a picture featuring the duo along with the film's director Zoya Akhtar. "Happy Birthday @priyankachopra ! Priyanka made her Hollywood debut this year with Seth Gordon's Baywatch, co-starring Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. She is now shooting for her next two Hollywood projects, titled A Kid Like Jake and Isn't It Romantic.

Priyanka Chopra will reportedly begin shooting for the third season of the American TV series Quantico soon, where she portrays the role of a FBI recruit, Alex Parrish.

Priyanka Chopra's last Hindi film was Prakash Jha's Jai Gangaajal. According to reports, her upcoming Bollywood projects include Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gustakhiyan and a biopic of late astronaut Kalpana Chawla.
