New Delhi: Former Union Minister Jaswant Singh has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Army's R and R Hospital in Delhi. He is in critical condition, say sources.
The senior politician was reportedly found unconscious at his home in the capital at about 11 last night and was rushed to the hospital, where he was operated upon. More details are awaited.
The 76-year-old leader was expelled from the BJP earlier this year after he decided to contest the general elections from his home district Barmer in Rajasthan as an Independent when the party fielded someone else.
