Srinagar: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today advocated 'no-work-no-pay' rule for lawmakers in the country if there is no Question Hour and  less than two hours of regular business.

Mr Abdullah tweeted:
The working president of opposition National Conference was apparently referring to the logjam in the Parliament over the issue of corruption.
