New Delhi: Ghana President John Dramani Mahama has cancelled his official visit to India.
An external affairs ministry official told IANS on Monday that Mr Mahama called off the trip owing to "certain domestic preoccupations".
The visit was scheduled to take place on November 10-13.
The president was to be accompanied by Ghana's ministers of foreign affairs, finance and economic planning, trade and industry and information and media relations besides senior government officials.
Mr Mahama was also scheduled to address a business meeting jointly organised by industry bodies FICCI, CII and Assocham
