A girl was allegedly gang-raped by three boys in sector-16, police said today. The girl was washing clothes in the backyard of her house when the accused, identified as Anil, Monu and Sonu, allegedly raped her, a police spokesperson said.
When the girl raised alarm, her father and uncle rushed to the spot and arrested Anil while the other two accused managed to escape, the spokesperson said.
Anil was handed over to police and a First Information Report or FIR was registered against the trio, he said.
