Kolkata: The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) has given a thumbs up to Srikrishna report terming it as positive, it wants government to clear its stand on Gorkhaland.
It has called for a 4-day strike in the Darjeeling hills from 12 January, a 7-day-strike from 18th January and 15-day strike from 29 January.
Morcha president Bimal Gurung, secretary Roshan Giri will go on an indefinite hunger strike from February 16.
GJM says the Gorkhaland demand should be treated with equal importance as Telangana.
The decision was taken after meeting of the Morcha's Central Committee at Mirik today.
