Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that Jammu and Kashmir is becoming a hub of tunnels, bridges and ropeways, adding that the world's highest tunnel, railroad bridge and rail lines are being built here. Lavishing high praise on PM Modi, the Union Territory's Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, pushed for the restoration of statehood, saying that it has been a promise that the PM has made to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Responding to the assertion, the PM stated that he always fulfils his promises and that things will happen at the right time. So, returning to statehood is the next big thing in Jammu and Kashmir?
