Mr Gandhi accused the centre of not letting the parliament run to avoid discussion on the Rafale Deal. Rahul Gandhi also criticised BJP government's demonetisation policy.
The Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi is attending public meetings and addressing voters today in poll-bound Gujarat.
