"PM Held Roadshow When He Went To Vote": Congress
"There has been inaction and silence from the poll watchdog, Election Commission (EC). We have presented several representations to EC. But I am afraid the EC looks like it is willingly under pressure. Today, during the process of polling, PM Modi, who went to vote, decided to hold a roadshow that was covered live by TV channels. Isn't it advertisement? Why is it being done for free? We will take the necessary steps and prevail upon the EC. We will ensure such publicity comes under the election expenditure of the party.

Yesterday, a sitting MLA had sought additional security from EC, due to a threat to his life. He had to take cover in the forest at night from where we rescued him. The EC did not pay timely attention to his plea. Vehicles with BJP logos were distributing liquor in a dry state. The logo of the Gujarat government should now be of lotus. We request you to join hands with us in saving the democracy."
