- The protesters are not blocking roads everywhere, at some place people are responding in a peaceful way after talking to police and authority
- Want to appeal that the elderly advise the younger people to not take part in such protests
- Our first priority is to restore law and order
- 78 people have been injured during these protests
- Flag match is underway in affected areas. I am sure the situation will normalise soon
- 10 companies of paramilitary forces have reached, another 23 are on their way
- We have to change our strategy because the protest is widespread
- We are trying to end the protest through talks
- I admit that we did not use the available police forces properly, but we are taking all measures to ensure the security of public.
