Haryana's Congress workers celebrate

Rohtak: Celebrations had already begun at the Haryana Congress' headquarters before noon on Wednesday, though the assembly polls' counting in the state was still on.

Though it wasn't exactly a clean sweep as Chief Minister B S Hooda had predicted, Congress clearly led the tally right from the start.

While final results were still awaited, NDTV's correspondent was mobbed by jubilant Congress supporters in this video.
