Chintan, an artist and Hema Upadhayay's estranged husband, has been arrested for hatching the conspiracy to kill her.

Mumbai police, probing the murder of installation artist Hema Upadhayay and her lawyer Haresh Bhambhani, today said they were yet to find any evidence about the alleged conspiracy meeting between Chintan Upadhyay and the other accused.
Chintan, an artist and Hema's estranged husband, has been arrested for hatching the conspiracy to kill her.
"We are yet to get any evidence or details about the alleged meeting of Chintan with the other accused," a police officer privy to the probe said.
While five people have been arrested so far, the main accused Vidyadhar Rajbhar is still at large.
The officer also said that police were questioning chemical suppliers in the city to find out from where the chloroform used in the murder was procured.
Meanwhile, the arrested accused Vijaykumar Rajbhar, Pradip Rajbhar, Azad Rajbhar and Shivkumar Rajbhar were today remanded in judicial custody till January 11 by a local court as their police custody ended.
Chintan's police custody ends on January 1.
The double murder came to light after the bodies of Ms Hema and advocate Bhambhani were found stuffed in two boxes in a drain in suburban Kandivali.
