The Uttarakhand High Court is expected to deliver Verdict on quashing of an FIR on fake degrees used to procure a passport by Balkrishna, yoga guru Ramdev's aide.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had registered a case against him in July for cheating and criminal conspiracy for procuring fake degree and violation of section 12 of Indian Passport act for furnishing fake documents to get a passport.
Balkrishna had filed a petition demanding the FIR be quashed.
The High Court had granted a stay on arrest of Balkrishna on July 29 after he moved the High Court. While granting a stay on his arrest, the High Court had asked him to cooperate with the CBI in investigations and appear before it.
