Highlights: BJP slams Govt over anti-terror panel

New Delhi: As more and more states join the chorus against the Centre's move to establish a National Counter-Terror Centre or NCTC, the BJP has said that the body is against the federal structure of the country.

Addressing a press conference, BJP leader Arun Jaitley said the announcement was made without any consultations and that the government has lost statecraft.
