New Delhi: The Congress' highest decision-making body, its working committee (CWC), met this morning at party President Sonia Gandhi's 10 Janpath residence with the primary agenda of bidding farewell to one of its most crucial members, Pranab Mukherjee. It also discussed the Presidential elections. Congress spokesperson Janardan Dwivedi briefed the media after today's CWC meet. Here are the highlights of what Mr Dwivedi said:

- Prime Minister said that Pranab Mukherjee had many responsibilities in the government and his absence will be felt.
