Highlights: ISRO chief on GSLV launch called off

Sriharikota: Indian scientists have called off the countdown clock for the lift-off for a home-made massive rocket and a communications satellite, GSAT-14. With just an hour to go before the launch, sources said a "leak" had been detected.
