Dharamshala: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh was hospitalised early this morning after he complained of fever and severe chest congestion.
Mr Singh was admitted to I G Medical College in Shimla around 1.30 am and his condition is stated to be stable now, the hospital's Senior Superintendent Dr Ramesh said.
"All the tests are normal and he is stable. He is being kept under observation," the doctor said.
State Governor Acharya Dev Vrat visited the hospital in the morning to enquire about Mr Singh's health.
