A judge in Himachal Pradesh has been suspended following a sexual harassment complaint by a woman judge.
The judge has been accused by the woman of harassing her on June 8, during a trip to Manali hill town for a conference on drug abuse.
The complainant says the judge tried to force her to go with him to a resort and teased and harassed her. Both are trial court judges.
The state Chief Justice has suspended the judge pending a detailed inquiry, for which he has given two months.
