Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will be on a two-day visit to Ladakh starting today.
The visit, which is part of the Centre's efforts to bring normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir, comes days after the army conducted surgical strikes against terror launch pads across the Line of Control.
During the visit, Mr Singh will hold meetings with various delegations in Leh and Kargil.
This will be the fourth visit of the Home Minister to the state in the recent past.
Last month, he had led an all-party delegation to Srinagar and Jammu.
The delegation met about 50 different delegations from various sections of society.
