New Delhi: The home ministry has placed the international funding organisation -- the Ford Foundation -- on watch list in "national interest and security", sources told NDTV. Ministry sources said the step was taken after it was found that NGOs which have been receiving funds from Ford have not filed the mandatory documents, including balance sheets and annual reports.
