Bareilly: Two people have been arrested for allegedly killing two brothers in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly district this morning.
The victims, Narendra Pal and Ravindra, were killed with sharp weapons, allegedly for opposing the molestation of their sister. The incident occurred in Karpiya village of Faridpur, where hunt is on for a third accused.
Meanwhile, the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
According to the victims' family, a fight had broken out between the two families following a similar incident last year. The accused, Somveer and Anil, lived in the same village and often teased the girl on her way to school.
The Panchayat was also called in solve the issue, but no decision was taken.
