In warm letter, Prime Minister accepts Pranab Mukherjee's resignation

New Delhi: Pranab Mukherjee met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at his 7 Race Course Road residence and resigned as India's Finance Minister today. Accepting his resignation, Mr Singh wrote a warm letter to Mr Mukherjee saying, "We will all deeply miss your presence amidst us."
