Income Tax officials raided Madhya Pradesh BJP leader Sushil Vaswani's home, business premisis
Income Tax officials conducted searches at the residential and official premises of a local BJP leader Sushil Vaswani in Bhopal.
The searches began this morning from Mr Vaswani's home at Bairagarh, a suburb of Bhopal, and continued to his businesses including hotels and a co-operative bank run by him and his family, Income Tax officials said.
Though IT officials did not provide any details, the searches are believed to be part of the ongoing cash clean up drive in wake of demonetisation.
