New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee today greeted the government and the people of Congo on the eve of their national day and said the friendly relations between the two countries will continue to strengthen in the coming years.
"Our engagement has expanded steadily in recent years, particularly in the areas of trade and development cooperation. I am confident that our close and friendly relations will continue to strengthen in the years ahead," Mr Mukherjee said in a message to Joseph Kabila Kabange, the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
