New Delhi:
India's newly appointed chief economic advisor and renowned economist Kaushik Basu says India will overtake China in terms of growth in the next 4-5 years.
In his first exclusive interaction after taking over, Basu tells NDTV that India 10% growth is within reach.
Basu has taken a two-year break from his academic career at Cornell University to advise the government on economic matters, making him the latest high-profile outsider to join the government, after Nandan Nilekani and Sam Pitroda.
