New Delhi: India will write a letter to the United States seeking direct access to 26/11 accused David Headley. According to sources, the letter will be finalised next week and after which it plans to send a team to the US.
India wants to interrogate Headley face to face and plans to send a team to the US. The team will have a magistrate to record Headley's statement.
The team will also have officials from the National Investigation Agency, Intelligence and the Mumbai Police.
