Kozhikode: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday delivered a firm but restrained message to Pakistan, which he blamed for last week's terror attack in Uri. Making it clear that Uri won't be forgiven and forgotten, he singled out Pakistan as a terror fountainhead.
