
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore said that a factual report has been asked from Prasar Bharati

The Information and Broadcasting ministry on Tuesday said it has sought a "factual report" from Prasar Bharati after receiving representations alleging that some senior Doordarshan officers used unfair means to get promotions.
The ministry was asked whether government has received representations against some senior officers of Doordarshan for fabrication, fudging and manipulation of documents to get promotions.
In a written reply, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore responded in affirmative and said that a factual report has been asked from Prasar Bharati.
"Yes, sir. A factual report has been asked for from Prasar Bharati," Mr Rathore said in his written reply.
The ministry was asked whether government has received representations against some senior officers of Doordarshan for fabrication, fudging and manipulation of documents to get promotions.
