It's official: A house for Mr Rosaiah
Hyderabad: A vaastu-perfect homecoming for the Andhra Chief Minister K Rosaiah.  More than six months after he took over the post, K Rosaiah, who has so far resisted the shift, has finally moved to his official residence-cum-camp office at Begumpet.

Accompanied by some of his Cabinet colleagues, Rosaiah performed 'puja' before entering the building amid chants of Vedic hymns by priests.

The grah-pravesh was timed to ensure that all the stars were in the Chief Minister's favour. Hence the entry at sharp 8.46 in the morning, the auspicious time fixed by Vedic pundits.

In fact, Rosaiah had even assigned a trusted Congress legislator to closely monitor the alteration work.

The Chief Minister has until now been living in his own house in Ameerpet area. But from now on, the 77-year-old leader will discharge his duties from this ultra-luxury residence-cum-camp office, which was built and inaugurated by his predecessor YSR Reddy in 2005.

A relief for his ministers and Congress leaders, who have been urging him to make the move for the sake of security and everybody's convenience.
