Srinagar:
Jammu and Kashmir has been witnessing strike by doctors of the government for three weeks now.
The doctors are demanding better pay, but so far their talks with the state government have failed.
All this while, it's been the patients who have been suffering, and now the junior doctors have started running OPDs on the street.
