He said a 'Grand Alliance' like the one in Bihar is required in Uttar Pradesh to defeat BJP.
Mayawati and Mulayam Singh must ponder over it, although it seems to be difficult, he said.
He said an alliance between these two parties and other parties like his own JD (U), Congress and RLD could keep BJP out of power after the Assembly polls.
