Hemant Soren Oath: Hemant Soren will take oath as the eleventh Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

Hemant Soren took oath as the eleventh Chief Minister of Jharkhand at a mega event in Ranchi this afternoon. This is the second time that Mr Soren is being sworn in as the chief minister and today's event - where leaders across political spectrum are present-  has been projected as a show of opposition unity. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, CPM's Sitaram Yechury, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and DMK's MK Stalin among other opposition leaders are present at the grand swearing-in ceremony.
