Simdega, Jharkhand: A shocking case of superstition leading to murder has come to light in Jharkhand, where 40-year-old Gita Devi was beaten to death allegedly by 5-6 women on Monday.
The incident occurred at the behest of villagers at the Sikaria village in Simdega district of Jharkhand. The villagers allegedly pronounced the woman to be a witch and ordered her death.
