Here are the highlights of her interview:
- I am feeling confident
- The mood of the people had changed even before the elections were declared. It was almost decided at that time that we were forming the government
- There was no unity inside (the Congress)
- I still believe that Jyotiraditya Scindia could have given a tough competition. I find a very good leader in him. I can now say that because the voting is done
- I believe that Scindia is better than Rahul Gandhi -- whatever he did is on his own merit
- There is a lot of difference between Scindia and Rahul Gandhi
- Scindia is very well-educated
- For 5 years, I have never seen Shivraj Chouhan sitting peacefully, he has been working hard. His hard work is the USP in this election
- Farooq Abdullah is saying he fears women, he should be. When you say you are scared, it means you are making some mistake. I didn't like what he said, I condemn it
- (On Justice Gnaguly) He should resign
- (Kailash Vijayvargiya remarks) I will tell everyone - be it Kailash or Farooq or Naresh Agarwal - this is a mind-set.
- (On Modi) He is the leader and he's been declared the future Prime Minister, so the effect is there on the mind of the people - not only in Madhya Pradesh, but everywhere.
- The credit should go to the leader who lead the election - Shivraj lead the election and Modi campaigned
- State should run well, Crime in the state should be in control, there should be no corruption
- Whatever help Shivraj needs, I will give my support
- I always feel very powerful, I don't need any kind of special power
- People were afraid that I will either topple the government or will not let them form the government. At least it was proved that I didn't do both the things.
