Congress leader Kamal Nath resigned as the in-charge of Punjab elections.

In an exclusive interview to NDTV Congress leader Kamal Nath tells why he quit as the party's in-charge of Punjab and on the allegations of his involvement in 1984 anti-sikh riots.
