Kareena Kapoor Khan is giving fitness goals to anyone who is keeping up with her strenuous workout videos, shared by her gym pal Amrita Arora, on Instagram. The 36-year-old actress is training super hard to lose the pregnancy weight before she starts filming Veere Di Wedding. Kareena's workout drill comprises kettle squats, weights, kick-boxing and core cardio using battle ropes. Kareena Kapoor took a maternity leave after she welcomed son Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi (with husband Saif Ali Khan) in December 2016. Now, the actress will soon get back to work. Veere Di Wedding is produced by Rhea Kapoor and also stars Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar.
