Mumbai:
The Bombay High Court will reveal on February 21 whether Ajmal Kasab will be sentenced to death.
The hearing will, however, be done by video link as it is not safe to bring Kasab to court, says Ujjwal Nikam, Public Prosecutor. (Watch: Not safe to bring Kasab to court, says Ujjwal Nikam)
Kasab - the lone Pakistani terrorist caught alive during the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai on 2008 - has appealed against his death sentence. He was convicted last year of waging war against India and given the death sentence by a special court in Mumbai.
166 people were killed in India's worst terror attack after Pakistani terrorists sailed from Karachi into Mumbai and launched simultaneous attacks in different parts of the city.
