New Delhi: Pinarayi Vijayan, the CPM secretary of Kerala has got bail by a CBI court in connection with the state's financial fraud controversy- the SNC Lavalin case.
The controversy is over Vijayan's decision to award contracts to Canadian power company Lavlin when he was the state power minister which allegedly led to Rs 374 crore losses.
