Kids, fans pray for Yuvraj Singh's speedy recovery in gurudwara
Faridkot: Yuvraj Singh is expected to resume training in ten weeks, according to his oncologist who spoke to members of the press on Monday. And his fans are praying for Yuvi's speedy recovery.

School children in Punjab's Faridkot district held a special prayer meeting  at the local gurudwara. The students of the DAV School at Kotkapoora say they want the flamboyant southpaw back in Team India's colours as soon as possible. (Ten big facts about Yuvraj Singh and his illness)

The gurudwara holds special significance for the people in Faridkot, as it is belived to have been visited and blessed by the 10th Sikh Guru Gobind Singh.

The star of India's World Cup win last year, Yuvraj, is suffering from a rare type of seminoma (germ cell tumour). His doctor says this condition is fully curable. (Watch)
