New Delhi: KV Chowdary, a former head of the Central Board of Direct Taxes, was today sworn in as the new Central Vigilance Commissioner by President Pranab Mukherjee.
Vijai Sharma, the senior most information commissioner, was also sworn in as the Chief Information Commissioner by the president.
Both Mr Chowdary and Mr Sharma took the oath of office in Rashtrapati Bhavan.
