There is hectic campaigning throughout the country by all the top leaders today, it being the last day of campaigning for the second phase of the elections. Voting for phase II begins on Wednesday.
After addressing rallies in Assam last week, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be in Latur, in Maharastra on Tuesday.
UP chief minister Mayawati, will be in Kolkata on Tuesday. Kolkata goes to polls on May 13.
Congress leader Arjun Singh will be campaigning against his daughter Veena Singh who is an independent candidate from Sidhi in Madhya Pradesh.
While Rahul Gandhi will be travelling across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday, Sonia Gandhi will be in Jharkhand and Bihar.
Meanwhile, Narendra Modi will be campaigning on his home turf in Gujarat.
