Ten of the ministers, including Arun Jaitley, Rajnath Singh, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Nirmala Sitharaman and Maneka Gandhi - will be leading the events in Uttar Pradesh, where assembly elections will be held next year.
Yoga Day or the International Day of Yoga is being observed around the world today, the second annual iteration of the mega event championed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This year the PM will join around 30,000 people in Chandigarh for a mass yoga session while thousands others follow suit across the country and worldwide.
