BJP Parliamentary party meeting underway in Delhi Finance Minister Arun Jaitley told the Rajya Sabha that the government was ready for discussion on demonetisation. He accused the opposition for playing politics over the issue. "Opposition trying new tactics everyday to disrupt the Parliament proceedings," Mr Jaitley told the Upper House.
On Day 4, Rahul Gandhi criticised PM Narendra Modi for the demonetisation move. "The biggest economic decision in India's history was taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi without consulting anybody," he said.
