Jayalalithaa was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu along with 28 of her ministers at the Madras University in Chennai on Saturday. She reached the secretariat in Chennai at 3 pm on Sunday afternoon and started work. She is expected to inaugurate new Amma canteens and police quarters. She is also likely to release vehicles for various government departments.
