The Lok Sabha on Tuesday was adjourned for the day and the Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 2 p.m. following an uproar over issues including Telangana and the 2G spectrum allocation issue.
Speaker Meira Kumar adjourned the Lok Sabha for the day, after treasury benches raised a ruckus when she said that she had received notices for no-confidence motion against the government.
The Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 2 p.m. after Deputy Chairman P.J. Kurien allowed the Joint Parliamentary Committee report on the 2G spectrum allocation to be tabled in the house.
