Lokpal Bill row: Delhi Metro stations closed to prevent protests at PM's House
New Delhi: Worried about Anna Hazare's supporters demonstrating outside the home of the Prime Minister on Thursday afternoon, Udyog Bhawan, Race Course, Jor Bagh and Khan Market metro stations in the capital were shut. While three of them are still closed, the Khan Market station was opened after a four-and-half-hour shutdown.

"We opened the Khan Market Metro station at 7.38 pm for people but the other three stations are still closed," said a Delhi Metro spokesperson.

Khan Market station is on the Central Secretariat-Badarpur stretch.

The three other stations that continue to be closed are on the Huda City Centre-Jahangirpuri corridor.
