New Delhi:
Rising prices will be brought up by the opposition in a big way when Parliament starts on Thursday.
The BJP plans to move an adjournment motion in the Rajya Sabha on the very first day.
It's not just price rise; allegations of corruption are the government's other big battle.
AIADMK supremo Jayalalitha on Wednestoday wrote an open letter to the Prime Minister asking DMK Union minister A Raja to be dropped for his involvement in the 2G scam.
And it's not just him, the Congress will also be put on the defensive about its alleged links with former chief minister Madhu Koda and the multi-crore money laundering scam.
"Corruption is a big issue, we will raise the issue of Mr Raja," said Sitaram Yechury, CPM leader.
Sources say the Liberhan Commission Report with an action taken report will be filed in this session and if that wasn't enough for sparks, the Women's Reservation Bill is also slotted.
