Ludhiana: BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is likely to address a rally in Punjab's Ludhiana district on February 23.
Earlier the rally was scheduled for December 21, but was postponed due to inclement weather in the region, BJP's Kisan Morcha National Secretary Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said today.
The Fateh rally of BJP and its ally Shiromani Akali Dal at Jagroan in Ludhiana will be one of the biggest rallies of the country, he said.
