The Supreme Court has stayed proceedings against activist Teesta Setalvad in the Lunavada mass grave case.
Teesta and others had claimed to have unearthed a mass grave connected to the 2002 Godhra riots. She was accused of hurting the sentiments of minority community.
The court has also issued a notice to the Gujarat government.
